Truth Trace is operated by Mark Clement Rose (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how refunds work for Truth Trace Pro.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.
New eligible accounts can start a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. After the trial the subscription renews at C$19/month per month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from the Me tab in the app, or through the management link in your Paddle receipt email. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. Paddle handles all billing enquiries and returns.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days.
